ARBITRATION NOTICE: Unless you timely opt out in accordance with these Terms, you agree that disputes between you and Celly Mobile Dialysis arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration. You waive your rights to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
Celly Mobile Dialysis, Inc. ("Celly Mobile Dialysis," "we," or "us") owns and operates this website and provides acute dialysis and apheresis services to facility partners. The terms "you" and "yours" refer to any individual or entity accessing this website or engaging with Celly Mobile Dialysis services.
"Service" means the website, digital content, partnership inquiries, employment applications, and acute dialysis and apheresis services provided by Celly Mobile Dialysis.
"Facility Partner" means any hospital, correctional facility, acute rehabilitation center, or other healthcare institution that has entered into a service agreement with Celly Mobile Dialysis for the provision of acute dialysis or apheresis services.

Section 3Celly Mobile Dialysis provides acute extracorporeal blood treatment services — including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, apheresis, CRRT, MARS therapy, and related modalities — to facility partners. Services are provided directly to patients at the bedside within partner facilities under the clinical oversight of the treating facility's physicians.
Celly Mobile Dialysis is not a hospital, health system, insurance company, or primary care provider. Clinical decisions regarding patient care remain the sole responsibility of the treating physician and the partner facility.
Section 4Facility Partners are responsible for: ensuring appropriate physician orders are in place prior to the initiation of any dialysis or apheresis treatment; providing a safe clinical environment for Celly Mobile Dialysis nursing staff; maintaining necessary infrastructure including adequate water access and electrical supply as required for specific treatment modalities; and complying with all applicable state and federal regulations governing patient care within their facility.
Section 5All Celly Mobile Dialysis nursing staff are licensed registered nurses with specialized dialysis training and certification. We maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols and comply with all applicable state nursing practice acts and dialysis-specific regulatory requirements.
Celly Mobile Dialysis does not guarantee the availability of specific staff members for any given assignment. We reserve the right to reassign nursing personnel as operationally necessary while ensuring continuity and quality of care.
