Victoria Miller, RN, BSN, is the founder, Chief Nursing Officer, and Chief Executive Officer of Celly Mobile Dialysis, a privately owned and nurse-operated acute dialysis services company. As a registered nurse with a background in dialysis care, Victoria built Celly Mobile Dialysis around a simple but powerful belief: the best patient care is delivered by nurses who are supported, valued, and given direct access to leadership.
Under Victoria’s direction, Celly Mobile Dialysis has grown into a trusted partner for hospitals, correctional facilities, and acute rehabilitation centers throughout Florida. Her commitment to building a company where nurses and partners both feel heard and supported is reflected in everything from the company’s staffing model to its promise of direct management access for every partner facility.
Victoria also serves as Chief Nursing Officer at Celly Health, Inc., the parent organization, where she contributes her clinical expertise to a broader ecosystem of healthcare services. Her dual role reflects her belief in integrated, physician- and nurse-led care that puts the patient at the center of every decision.
